Health conditions or lifestyle factors may be preventing you from carrying out your everyday activities, roles and routines. You might be feeling frustrated, unsafe or lacking in confidence.

As an experienced Occupational Therapist, I will support you to be more independent in the daily activities that are important to you. These might include work roles, leisure and social pursuits, household tasks and personal care routines.

Together, we will look at your strengths, areas of difficulty and healthcare needs.  Occupational Therapists consider physical, psychological, social and environmental factors, and identify practical and accessible solutions to make your life better.

My aim is to enhance your wellbeing for a better quality of life.

In improving your ability to engage in meaningful activities, you will feel more independent, energised and with a renewed sense of identity and self worth.
