Sleep Hygiene

Sleep is fundamental to our wellbeing: it is essential for the regeneration and repair of our cells, and allows our brains to consolidate learning and lay down new memories. We all know how a lack of sleep can affect mood, energy levels and concentration.

If you are struggling with sleep there are a number of things which you can look at and change to make things better. This process is called sleep hygiene. I can work with you to improve your sleep by analysing your sleep habits to make recommendations based on your sleep environment and your sleep behaviours.
