Home Assessment

If you are having difficulty mobilising around your home or struggling with activities such as bathing, using the toilet, getting into bed or kitchen tasks, you may benefit from an Occupational Therapy home assessment. As an Occupational Therapist I can identify the issues and suggest equipment, minor adaptations and alternative ways of doing things to make life easier. I will also consider falls prevention advice as a matter of course.

If required I can write a report for the housing department at the council or to support you in communicating with your housing association. There is an additional charge for this service.
